PAIN FREE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Do you have to manage projects in your day-to-day work but do not have the title of ‘Project Manager’ or are you a project manager who does not think that they need the complexity of Prince2? In that case, this course would be perfect for you. Pain Free Project Management is a one day course (delivered on your premises) that provides attendees with the practical skills that they need to deliver successful projects, without any complicated jargon. This course can also be delivered as a two-day event, which allows attendees to go away and practice project disciplines between day 1 and day 2. Day 2 would commence with a review of attendees progress on real/planned projects. The 2 day options allows attendees to practice their newly acquired skills and further consolidate their learning.
